How to Order

  • First browse through the product catagories different products. When you are ready to order:
    • Click on your choice of payment method which will allow you to buy the product immediately
      or link you to our fax or on-line order form. You will have three (3) choices:
      1. On-line order and payment
      2. PayPal - Instant payment service

Payment Options

Purchases can be paid for by:

  • Credit Card

      The easiest way to pay ANYONE on the web!
      Single transaction purchases. In other words, you must pay for each product individually.
      Click on the PayPal button or link located on each product page.
    2. On-line ordering
      We can process your total order on-line if you click the "On-Line Order" button on the left hand side bar.
      Your total order along with your credit card info will be approved within 24 hours and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

    Shipping Procedures

    Orders are normally shipped immediately after a 24 hr. processing and preparation period once we receive your order. Placing future orders early is encouraged. Most products are available for immediate shipping, however substitutions of equal or more value will be made if a product is not immediately available.

    Orders are not processed on Sundays or Federal holidays.

  • LuauKing utilizes various delivery methods depending on the type of product you order.
    If your luau or event is taking place on a weekend, we will normally ship out on Wednesday or Thursday, depending on where in the country we are shipping to.

  • Most prices include shipping. Please check details of product when ordering.

    Perishable Products: Shipped FedEx 2-Day Express Service* which means overnight to most towns and cities west of the rockies and over two nights to most towns and cities east of the Rockies. No P.O. Box deliveries. All perishable items are packed in styrofoam coolers with gel ice packs to insure freshness. Refrigerate after opening.

    Non-Perishable Products: Shipped either FedEx or US Postal Service depending on customers requirements.

    Luau Packages (Includes perishable items): Shipped FedEx 2-Day Express Service* which means over two nights to most towns and cities east of the Rockies. No P.O. Box deliveries. All perishable items are packed in styrofoam coolers with gel ice packs to insure freshness. Refrigerate after opening.

    *If you require MORNING delivery then we will need to use FedEx Priority Overnight, which will incur an additional fee from FedEx. You will be contacted to confirm the additional shipping fee which is calculated based on weight of your shipment.

    All luau packages and perishable items are not able to arrive on Sundays or Mondays. Saturday deliveries will incur a $15 delivery fee and charged "FedEx Priority Rates." The chart below shows the shipping schedule for FedEx Standard and Priority Services. These services will incur an additional fee based on the weight of your shipment
